Hello! My name is Tony Dye. I am Pastor of Bethany Baptist Church in New Brockton, Alabama (Less than four miles from Enterprise). I am married to the greatest woman in the world — Shirlon; have two of the greatest children in the world — Bethany and Benjamin; I am the father-in-law of the greatest son-in-law — Gunter, the greatest daughter-in-law–Amber, the granddaddy of the two greatest granddaughters in the world–Bailey Lynn Akridge and Ella Grace Dye and to the greatest grandson–Reid Aaron Akridge! God has blessed me greatly and I am grateful to Him. Jesus is the greatest and is the supreme love of my life. My greatest desire is to know Him more and to make Him known to others.
I love to read, fish and spend time with my family. I am grateful for the people of Bethany Baptist Church and their love for me. I do not feel worthy of their trust but am thankful to God that he has allowed me to pastor the greatest group of people I have known in 36 years of ministry.

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog and leaving such a wonderful comment on my Mother’s Day post! I was so touched by it. Hi Tony, I´m writing from near Monterrey, Mexico. I was looking up for a picture of dandelions and somehow got to your page. It has been a blessing. I also attend a Baptist church down here and have worked with American groups from Oklahoma City, Rogers, AR and with Joni & Friends ministry…
